SUBJECT: Indonesia Grants Harter Approval as a Certificated Aircraft Component Repair Station

April 25, 2005 (Tempe, Arizona) - Harter Industries announced today they have signed an agreement to serve as a Silver Sponsor for the Aviation Week and Air Transport Association's Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) Conference & Exhibition. The MRO Show will be held next year in Phoenix, AZ at the Civic Plaza Convention Center on April 25-27, 2006.

Bill Hinski, President and CEO of Harter Industries indicated, "The sponsorship represents a shift in Sales and Marketing strategies for Harter's continued growth plans in the MRO aftermarket for commercial and military aircraft component repairs.
