President & Chief Executive Officer, Harter Aerospace,
Mr. Hinski served as President of AerLink, Inc. based in Beverly Hills, MI, from August 1996 until October 2003, when he assumed the leadership role at Harter. He also served as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing of AerOutfitters, Inc. from 1994 to 1996. Mr. Hinski was the Southeast Regional Manager for Telair, a Division of Teleflex Inc. from 1991 to 1994 where he was responsible for the sales growth of 12 divisions. He served 12 years in technical roles with the former Garrett Airline Services Division, which is now part of Honeywell Aerospace. His credentials include licenses as an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic and as a Private Pilot. He holds a degree in Business Administration and two aviation technical degrees.

Glenn R. Kollett | Operations

Vice President & General Manager, Harter Aerospace,
Mr. Kollett has over 15 years of leadership with Harter Aerospace. As Vice President & General Manager, he has the overall accountability for the operations of the FAA and EASA approved Repair Station. Mr. Kollett is responsible for the growth and operations in the areas of commercial and military aircraft accessories and systems, strategic positioning within the industry, personnel management, FAA coordination, and new ventures. In addition to his intimate knowledge of the aircraft MRO business, Mr. Kollett has a comprehensive technical background in various disciplines including Test Equipment design, DER repair and PMA development.

Vice President Engineering & Development
Mr. Kollett has over 39 years of analytical and engineering experience in commercial and military aircraft, systems and avionics, including 23 years of major OEM Engineering and Repair/Overhaul Support. In addition to a wide background in commercial aircraft flight hardware, he is considered an industry expert in the analysis and design of advanced Test Systems and Gas Turbine Engine Test Cells. Mr. Kollett was the President of Falcon AeroSystems, a company specializing in Aviation Consulting as well as Test Cell System design and integration for major Airlines worldwide. His credentials include an extensive education in various engineering disciplines and a Private Pilot rating.

Vice President Sales and Marketing
Mr. Daniels has over 28 years experience in the aerospace industry, recently serving as s the President of Securaplane Technologies in Tucson AZ in 2006 / 2007. He has held also executive sales and customer service leadership positions at AlliedSignal, Honeywell, EXTEX, and Allied Aerospace. Mr. Daniels is responsible for global new business development and on going customer relationship management. He received his MBA from Arizona State University and is also a trained Black Belt in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.
